Unable to Initialize from java.home

 I am new in cadence Allegro 16.3 Xl. I have install the program and when I try to start the program, i get this notice

 

Exception in FMJS_InitializeJavaPolicy_WithJavaHome: [Exception... is there anyone know how to solved this problem?

     please help me with this problem. my cadence seems weird because of this problem. thankyou

    We have seen this on Windows 7.

    Need to set UAC to "never"
