Missing Layout plus in 16.3 version

Hello, I have installed the orcad 16.3 version. Unfortunately, I'm missing orcad Layout plus in this bundle. What should I do? I'm ready with my designs in Orcad capture. Now I need footprints to put in each components properties.Can anybody help me out? Last I used orcad 9.2 .After a long I come to this platform.so I need some guidence how to reach layout plus.

    OrCAD Layout (all editions) reached End of Life around March 2009 so it would not be part of the 16.3 media released around December 2009. You would need to install the original licensed version, assuming that you still have a supported environment for that version, or discuss the issue with the supplier of your software, that would normally be the Cadence Channel Partner for your region, they may be able to supply you with additional media.
