unable to open schematic file

hello all,

I tried to open an schematic file but it's give me this "attempt to read  design file which is not supported by this version of database" . maybe im using a different version of orcad .

     What version of orcad are you using?  Do you know for sure what version the schematic is in?

    no i don't knw what version it is, but i use 16.2

     If the schematic was done in orcad (allegro) version 15 or earlier, you may need to open and re-save in a "higher" level. If the schematic was done in pre-allegro orcad.......

    See if you can find out what level it was created in.  Can you upload it for me?

    I have also a schematic that was done in one of the latest version and I only have 9.1 version (very old version). Can I kindly send it to you as well as I have the same problem? Thanks in advance
