You can not convert the Specctra .dsn file to an allegro .brd file unless you have the .brd file you generated the .dsn file from. Good luck.

    Hi s' eric,

You can use the PCB Router Translator (a.k.a SPECCTRA Interface).

-translate and export data from an allegro .brd, .mcm, or .sip file to an allegro PCB Router design (.dsn) file

-translate and import data from an allegro PCB router session (.ses) file to .brd, .mcm, or.sip file in allegro

session file contains info. regarding any placement or routing changes made to the design during the the allegro PCB router session. The session file is all that is needed to read place and route data back into allegro.

    (From cadence documentation).

all i have right now is the .ses file and .dsn file.

i dont have library and netlist. does this files necessary for importing the ses file into brd?

when i import the .ses file to a new brd data (empty data), nothing happens...
