Pin order after swapping pins.

Hello,
I have created a design that contains a 4 modules of the same schematic and two connectors. I have made the pins of the connector swappable by changing the pingroup =1 => swap id = 1. The netlist is imported in the PCB editor, here I have perfomed a auto swap to make to routing easier. Back annotated the schematic and the pins are swapped. But the pins of the connector changed from their original position.

Is it possible to contain the pin order on the connector, maybe by fixing the order?

Is it possible to swap net names or hierarchical ports/off-page connectors?

Regards,
Bart.
