0.5 mm ball pitch BGA Routing

 Hi All,

IIs anyone out there routing with .5 mm ball pitch if so how are you doing it? What is your line  width and spacing? What types of vias used? What are the pad and drill diameters? How do you handle solder masks?

     Hi,

     You may have to go with Micro vias for 0.5mm BGA or Via on pad (8 mill drill) and then use a 4/4 mill trace and clearance.
