 Hello Everyone,

What's the straps in PCB? What's the merits and demerits of it and how it helps in PCB designing? Any feedbacks will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Shiva.

I have been designing PCB's since the early 60's and have never heard that term mentioned in the same conservation with PCB's.

The only other thing I can think off that might make sense is; STIFFENERS.

Board stiffeners soldered on large boards to help keep them from warping.

Thanks to all. I think as Redwire told it's jumpers. If we google, we will get such info.

Please go through the link and give your reply.

If anyone has experienced this, please clear it.
