NC drill output file scale issues (PCB editor)

Im having problems with the output .drl files after finishing some of my pcb designs in PCB editor and am hoping someone can help.

So basically, after creating my drill files with some pcb designs ive noticed that when viewing the gerbers to check that everything is ok (using GC-prevue) that the drill holes look overscaled, and are therefore in completely the wrong place. Ive attached two screeners to compare a correctly mapped drill file with an overscaled one...

 Correctly drilled

 Incorrectly drilled

My NC drill preferences are exactly the same for both of the above designs, and everything in the design preferences is the same (everything set up in metric), but i seem to be getting different results.

Can anyone help?

Hi, in the NC Drill Dialog Box select Auto tool select and Repeat codes.

In the NC Paremeters Dialog Box select Enhanced Excellon format

    Regards

For the record, it looks like the "incorrect" drill file was in a different format than the reader was expecting, i.e., one was 2 4, and the other was 2 3 (trailing decimal places).  The "incorrect" drill file MAY be fine.  If you use a gerber viewer like viewPlot, you can specify what your drill file format is.

No they were both definately 2 3 format. I double checked that the config was setup identically for both designs.
