Pspice Model Editor

I try to adjust a diode-characteristic by editing the Ifwd-Vfwd-curve in the model editor. After extracting the table to parameters the displayed curve looks like I want it.

But simulation results are far different from what the curve looks like regarding Ifwd-Vfwd characteristic.

 Any ideas? Thanks!

First off, check that you have saved everything within the Model Editor. Then, check that the Model Text, in the created model text file, for your model actually contains the extracted parameter values from the characteristic extraction. After that, check that editing the PSpice model within the schematic references your modified model text, right-click>Edit PSpice Model. Note that, regular parts have the Value as the visible property but the Implementation property is the name of the model that is actually referenced. (Breakout parts have the Implementation property visible) Also check that your modified model text library file is referenced in the Simulation profile.
