Pspice Model Editor

I try to adjust a diode-characteristic by editing the Ifwd-Vfwd-curve in the model editor. After extracting the table to parameters the displayed curve looks like I want it.

But simulation results are far different from what the curve looks like regarding Ifwd-Vfwd characteristic.

 Any ideas? Thanks!

Yes, I want to model a LED.

I took a look at the LED models in opto.lib. Every LED with a forward voltage higher than 1V is modelled with a voltage source of 1V in serial to a diode.

It seems like its not possible to get higher forward voltages with diode parameters (IS, N, R, IKF,...). Unfortunately the model editor doesn't tell that!

I Adjusted a LED model from the opto.li with a higher "offset voltage"for my demands...
