How do you uninstall ISR?

I installed 16.3 so26 ISR this morning and now Orcad CIS will not open. The splash screen comes up and I can see the program in the task bar but it will not expand.

Now how the heck do you uninstall an ISR? I know I've done it before......3-4 years ago.

ISRs uninstall like any program uninstalls.  Use the control panel, add remove programs.

usually you just need to uninstall this software via 'add&remove program' but i also delete its registry with registry editor

Did you install it in a separate path from the regular release?  It should show up as whatever base version of software you're running.
