Problem ORCAD 10.5 and ORCAD 16.3

Hello. 

This is the first time I'm posting a question in this forum. 

A friend of mine made a project using ORCAD 10.5, but hasn't been able to route it so he asked for my help. I have ORCAD 16.3 and I just can't route his project. I do de annotations and then create the netlist. It should open PCB Router Immediately with the components, but it doesn't, it doesn't even create a .brd file. 

I've tried creating e blank .brd file and then updating it with the project, but it just doesn't work.

The main problema is that I'm not entirely familiar to RCAD 16.3 yet. At least that's what I think, since I've noticed many different applications that are differentfrom ORCAD 10.5. 

I would appreciate your help in solving my problema and sorry for any English mistakes.
