Component placement Allegro V16.3

I have a block of components placed (unrouted).

Is it possible to rotate the components as a group?  I created groups and when I rotate the group, all the components rotate locally but not as one.  How do i rotate as an entire group?

     Move-->options-->userpick & then rotate the  group of symbols

    Where is the data saved for the placement circles (DRA) while in "placement edit mode" in XL license?
