mounting hole without thermal relief (v16.3)

I'm creating a mounting hole that connects to a ground plane.  It could be a mechanical or electrical pin.  When creating the padstack I left ther thermal relief and anti pad to be null, but once I put it on the board with a ground plane, it connects to the ground plane via thermal relief.  I also tried putting circle with 0.00 in both thermal relief and anti pad fields, but PCB Editor still creates the thermal relief by itself.

How do I make it to connect to the plane without the thermal relief?

Thanks.

BTW.  If I edit the padstack in single layer mode, in which there's  only one exposed pad, it seems to work.  As soon as I add the bottom layer to the padstack, the thermal relief generates itself.

I think I have found the answer

Right click on the pin --> Property Edit --> Dyn_Thermal_Con_Type --> in the value column select FULL_CONTAC
