How to mask-out all but a highlighted net, component, pin, etc?

Is there way to darken the entire PCB design, such that the selected net is noticeably brighter, and higher in contrast than the rest of the design?  I have used other design tools which use a "mask level" feature to keep the selected net, component, pin etc. at a given highlighted brightness, and darken out the rest of the design to make the selected item stand out VERY well.  Thank you.

    If you are using Allegro then you can just use the "Shadow Toggle" button after you highlight the nets that you like to see. Hope this helps.
