Hello forum,

I want to make a ABM model for the PV. I know the V and I relation which is implicit in the nature. And given by

Also i know corrosponding value of I given a V. But i don't want to model voltage control current source. What i need a 2 port model to which i can connect a load and draw V and I.Please help

A quick search came up with this:

It looks like this might be somewhere to start.

That what i hv done earlier , but that's only for cell. to get voltage ~300V , u have to put arround 300 cell in series . It makes my final application where i would be using array with DC-DC converter. This leads my simulation time very slow , for 1ms of transient time , it's tooking me around ~2hr. That's why i thought of doing ABM where i have V/I relation for the PV array.

     Hi Dipnirvana,

Are you still doing this project?  I'm attempting to model a PV system in capture/PSpice at the moment.  Would be really helpful to exchange a few ideas.
