Signal simulation in the Allgro PCB SI

Hi all,

           I am analysing the signal integrity of some nets.I've a doubt related to the case selection management.When we set the simulation parameters in the analysis report generator will the settings write into the case files in the signoise.run folder?Can those settings (previously setted) be edited in future for SI analysis, without opeining it in the Allgero window and without changing its successor case files ??
