Netlist output capabilities?

Hello,

I have a potential client who uses Allegro. (Ver. 16.3)

I use Cadstar...

Is it possible to extract a netlist for import to Cadstar?

There are two types of netlists:

The old Cadstar for Dos format (CSP 21/22/23), or a Rinf format.

I believe Orcad used to be capable of outputting a Rinf file.

Protel does the old DOS format and Altium has a Rinf option.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Joe

Well, I'm surprised that no one is offering any insight to this simple question...

37 views and nothing!

Looking at the 'features' pdf, they state that several netlist format outputs are available. Of course, no specific info, other than that, is given.

I will visit said client this week and find out from them, I guess...

    'Tools->Create Netlist->Other' then select formatter orrinf.dll

    Better late than never!
