Add new property to all items library

Is there a way to add a new property to all items within an OLB library? Or update a property value?

Thanks.

Does this still work in 17.2? I tried doing this with my library and saw all sorts of errors during re-import. So instead, I copied a few resistors of different values (R1, R2...R5, for sake of this) into a new library. I open R1 and edit it, adding the new property PM_AA_BB (dummy name for this). Save, and do tools > export properties. I edit the file in excel, and see that PM_AA_BB is a in fact filled for R1 and not R2-R5 as expected. I fill in the values for PM_AA_BB in the corresponding DEVICE rows, and fill <null> in for the corresponding PACKAGE rows in the spreadsheet. I save, go back into Cadence, tools > import properties, select the file.. No errors, but none of the parts in the library (besides R1) have the PM_AA_BB property.

    Am I missing something?
