Trying to create a wiring diagram for two pin connectors

Hello, I am trying to show different wire connections from this TYCO connection: www.te.com/.../3-1658016-3 to a generic 32x2 pin connector found on the AVnet Vertex 4 mini module. I was wondering if there was a way to implement these models into a schematic and if not, what the best way would be to create a set of pins that would make it clear what wires were connected. This design will end up becoming a PCB layout, but for now I am just looking for basic connections. Thank you for any help. Using Orcad Catpure 16.2
