IC decoupling (once again...)

Hello guys!

I'm pretty sure this is a simple standard practice in Schematics design but I havent been yet able to sort it out. IC's decoupling...

In order to minimize the "component burden", I would like to put the decoupling caps for every IC on my circuit in a different sheet on the schematics. I think the best way to do this is to split the part and generate two subparts, one having the functional pins and the other the power pins. I'm trying to do this with the Split Part command on the Library folder in the project manager. However when I edit a part and add a new section to it I get a message that the part is to be regenerated and that the graphics MIGHT be lost... and they are indeed lost, going back to the boring square symbol! Is there any way of avoiding this??

Thank you!

Pablo
