REUSE Blocks in Allegro

I have finally figured out how to created a reuse block in Capture and place it in Allegro.  Now I want to move the block.  It doesn't move as a block.  Is there a trick somewhere I am missing?

If you wish to lock the elements of the module to prevent accidental movement of components or routes, assign the "locked" property to the module. You will still be able to move the module as a group entity.

     edit - property

    set find filter to "group"

select the "locked" property from the available list
