Being new to Orcad, the first line as me completely baffled.

Is move a command line or clicking on the move Icon (which seems to be a cross).

Thne where is cose Point and also user pick.

Also the date is 5 years ago, is this still relevant?

(ALTIUM WAS SO EASY BY COMPARISION)

You can type move, select the move icon or use Edit > Move.
Once move is enabled look in the Options tab set the Rotation Point = User Pick. You may also need to set the type and angle

You can buy the "experimental circuit board" on the electronic market, and there are many regularly connected holes on it. You can plug in electronic originals and various integrated modules at random, which is very convenient and doesn't need to make circuit boards on your own.
About one such porous experimental circuit board has a retail price of around 10 yuan. Go ahead, the world
