Design Parameter Dialog windows won't show up

Can anybody help me to enable my Design Parameter windows? Somehow my "Setup/Design Parameters window" won't show up. The fold-A-way windows open but empty included Visibility, Find, and Options.  Example, if I want to add a rectangle, (Add/Rectangle), I hoove over my mouse to the Options window and it is empty.

 Please help.

I use PCB Editor 16.3, Windows XP Pro

Try a View>Reset UI to Cadence Default, this might cure the issue.

When click on Setup/User Preferences, there is an error on the command window "Unable to open form text file"

Does anybody have any instruction how to fix this?

Designe parameters tools was not start after click on it. Few days ago all worked fine. I was modify block text with this tools.

    Thank.
