Allegro Free Physical PCB viewer 16.5 problem

Hi,

I installed Allegro Free Physical viewer ver 16.5, but i can't see the menu bar on the top of the program.

All previous versions are work (16.2, 15.2).

What can be the problem?

I tried to reinstall several times, but it doesn;t help. It work on the other PC so the problem is with the PC but i don't know what.

    Here are a couple things to try:

    - Open the viewer and type the following on the command line:   reset dockwindows
              This will reset the toolbars and windows to Cadence default.

    - Close the viewer and rename your PCBENV Folder to a different name and reopen the viewer.  The PCBENV Folder is located in your Home directory (%HOME%)
              Sometimes version specific configuration is stored in the PCBENV Folder which may cause issues.
