Export an ascii file from the .dsn file of orcad

I am using Orcad schematic capture version 10.5. A vendor we are about to use does not use Orcad for schematic capture. Is there a way to export out the design or another export command which they could use. I know I can export out the netlist in an ascii format but I believe they want to re-create the schematic in thier software package which is the Mentor graphics schematic capture software.

Thanks

     Have you considered EDIF format?

I have found out from my vendor that the ascii file he needs is not of the schematic design but a pick and place report generated from the pcb layout. Thanks for the help anyway.
