Multiple component selection capability

Having now been away from Cadence for almost 2 yrs and returning to using the tool, I’d like to see if there’s a way to select multiple symbols for components in Concept HDL and have them selected via cross probing with the PCB Editor utility. This is a very useful capability for initial component grouping to work through the placement phase in board design. In talking with my immediate collegues, nobody seems to be able to recall if this is possible.
