    Hi Jimdive

for refdes don't change to R*C*... when export you must click choose Preserve Refdes. But case of you i thinks only export line, clines, via, shapes ...(don't export symbols). Because you said :  if i update Refdes then netin to PCB. all tracks back to Rats

Not sure what your experience level is but what you need to do is renumber one board with reference designators x1000 and up.  Then merge the two designs together and you should be good to go.

    Thanks all!

    my method as following:

    1)Creating B sch BOM

    2)merging B sch to A .

    3) Reset B sch parts references to "?"

    4)Incremential references all.

    5) copy B sch to a new project Create BOM and Netlist

    6)Exporting B placement txt

7)Comparing both  BOM and modify placement txt. e.g : if C1 changed C55 then modifying placement C1 to C55

    8)Netin to B pcb.

    9)Reimport  step 7)  placement txt

    10) Sub-Drawing B PCB to A

many steps. i hope a good way to do this.
