    Hello Shiva,

I think it is one of gerber output problems.
"Self Intersecting contour" means a closed-loop polygon of the same the beginning and the end position and intersected with self-line in between.
If there is such a polygon, the entire area might not be able to be filled well when the gerber output.

I think you should ask the fab house for details.

    Hope this helps.
    Tomo

Thanks Tomo. I didn't find any closed-loop polygon in board file. Attached the feedback from our fab house. Kindly give your inputs.

    Thanks,

    Shiva.

     Shiva,

If the gerber file is at a lower resolution than the board file, it is possible that some points on the polygon border shifted due to rounding. Generally this works but occasionally it messes up.

You could try opening a blank board in Allegro and import the gerber file to see if Allegro reports the same error.
