simulating microcontroller using PSPICE

 is any 1 here has workaround solution for simulating microcontroller using PSPICE software

    Not really, too many gates for a transistoir / gate level implementation. This might be feasible if there were a functional language based simulation but the actual details of the implementation would be required for simulation. Also the large variety of microcontrollers would mean that the chances of having exactly the required model might be small.

    There are some other SPICE like implementations that do provide some level of microcontroller modelling but they do tend to model a limited selection of parts.
