If you open the component in PCB Editor (the *.dra file) you can simply change the origin in the same way that you would change it in a .brd file.

Setup>Design Parameters, Design tab, Move Origin group, specify the new X and Y location for the origin. You might find it useful to get the required location from a "Show Element" for the required origin.

But I want to know if in PCB editor we can change origin – without changing the dra file.

I don’t believe that is possible.   I’m pretty sure you can only change it in the .dra file.  I believe origin changes in the .brd file will relate to the board origin only.

No, the component, symbol, origin is stored in the DRA file and compiled to the relevant ?SM file. You will need to change the DRA file. IF you have a BRD file and not the Libraries, use File>Export>Libraries to get the library files dumped to a directory - I recommend using a new, empty, directory to dump the files to. Use Place>Update Symbols to get the symbol(s) replaced after modification.
