Pspice file link to Matlab

Hi,

I am working on my final year project. In the model development I have to use the "netlist2sl" command of matlab.

The format of command is netlist2sl('filename.cir','libraryname')

Here the filename.cir is to be created by Pspice A/D lite. After going through few examples I tried creating my own CIR file using .subckt command but the following error came.

Invalid outside of .SUBCKT

Can anyone help me. It's urgent.
