Duplicating Channels in PCB Designer

calars

I am laying out a board using PCB Designer that has multiple channels (on the same board) that are duplicates.  I've laid out the first channel and would like to duplicate the second.  Is their functionality in which I can do this without placing and routing each individual part again? If I copy/paste then I am unable to link the reference designators with those matching my schematic in Capture.  Any tips?

Thanks in advance.

    Use the placement replicate feature.

    -          Set your application mode to Placement Edit under menu Setup->application Mode->Placement Edit

    -          Group the components, Move over a component RMB select ‘Place replicate create’ include traces, via, shapes etc you wish to copy to the selection list,  say done , select the origin for module group save it to working directory.

    -          Select the components of other circuitry which needs to be replicated, on cursor over component do RMB select ‘Place replicate Apply” browse the module name you provided in above step and say apply , this will place the circuit as per the module created.

    -          Repeat for other circuit .

    Good luck!!

    Nagaraj's method will work beautifully.

An alternate solution is to create hierarchical design reuse blocks, package them to a module definition (MDD), and then you can drop the modules onto your board file. This method is potentially easier of the replicated circuitry will be used on other boards as the reuse blocks and modules can be made available site-wide. So pick whichever methods works best for your situation.
