OrCad 16.5 rename component pins without moving them

In OrCad version 16 whenever I edit a part to rename a pin, when I click OK, it also moves the pin to a new random location for me. Is this feature optional?

    This seems to be OK using hotfix 13, if you have hotfix 13 and still have an issue, you need to get this reported to Cadence for investigation.
