Which Topology is good for DDR3 address and Command line routing [4 DDR3's]

Tree routing or daisy chain routing ? I followed daisy chain routing in my previous design [OMAP processor]

In new design [Freescale processor ] they suggesting tree routing . In both the designs DDR3's are same make

Please guide me which one is better ? and what parameter decides going for different topology ?
