Allegro PCB netlist part data to Allegro Librarian

Is there any way to extract part data for a particular part from a board database and import it into the Allegro Librarian for logic part development? Or.......I'd like to extract logical part information from a board and use it to build a logical part. I know that you can extract a device file which I would think you could use to import into and build a logical part but cannot find out how.

 thanks, Mike

Yes, you can write a Skill routine to extract part information from Allegro .brd then create the logical part files bypassing Allegro Librarian.  Haven't done it myself but know that it's doable.

Elgris Technologies, Inc has E-studio For Test tool that has the functionality you need.

The tool has generate schematics from Allegro PCB netlists and can build symbols along the way.
