Design rule to support mass production

Hi All,

 What's the PCB design rule to support mass production? What's the min. trace width/seperation and other constraints for it?

 Any input, suggestion and reference documents will be appreciated.

     Allegro PCB Editor has Constraint Manager to indicate these constraints and the Design Rules Check verify that all these constraints are followed.
