Allegro Design Entry HDL Component Browser Issue

Hello,
I am new to Allegro Design Entry HDL and am having a problem with my component browser.  I can see the symbols, however none of the footprints can be found in the PSMPATH.  I can place components just fine and I know the footprints exist.  Where is the PSMPATH specified? Undoubtedly its pointed to the wrong directory.  All and any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Clint

Project Manager Setup button, Tools tab, PCB Editor Setup, then define padpath and psmpath (which are located under Paths - Library). You can access the same menu from inside PCB Editor - Setup - User Preferences. Once set it writes this to $HOME\pcbenv folder a file called env.
