bottom side surface mount pins not exporting properly in DXF

It appears that the bottom side surface mount pins are exporting to the pin_top layer in the DXF file. I have been using my .cnv file for several years. Started using 16.5 several months ago and I keep up with all the hotfixes. Not sure when this started happening. Anyone else run into this?

This has been fixed in 16.5 ISR24 which is available.
