Same net - drill hole to shape voiding

I have a diff pair routed thru a BGA. The line to shape spacing is pushing the edge of the GND shape just far enough that it is not covering the center of the GND via which results in a non-connected pad. But because they are the same net (GND) the shape will not void the drill hole and the edge of the shape is sitting partially into the hole. Anyone know how to resolve this issue? I'm sure the vendor will have a problem with this.
