Can I just copy the traces and attached it with other component?

I'm new using the Cadence PCB tool. I have DDR routing and tuned. There are two Identical SDRAM on the board, can I just copy the traces and attached it to the other one?I tried selecting the Clines then RMB select copy, but when I attached it to the other SDRAM section it gave me DRC errors?

Any advise is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Does it have the same net name or different?  If it's same if you select the retain net on via it should copy over easily.

If it's different net then I usually move the trace first to make it connect to the pins. (make sure it's centered on pin) then move the via over.  I think sometimes you need to move the internal layers or anything that can give the via being moved the wrong net.

You can also copy first then use the change_net_of_via skill routine to correct the via. This skill is included as part of the install:- c:\Cadence\spb_16.5\share\pcb\examples\skill\cmds.
