color dialog box

Hi,  I'm a newbie to Cadence software so this may be kind of a dumb question, but I can not get the color dialog box to display. I try both Cntrl+F5 and cliking on the color dialog icon but the dialog box does not come up.  Has anyone seen this, or know what I'm doing wrong?

    Try typing "color192" no quotes, on the command line.  No I have not seen this before but there was a change to the command name back when stipple files were added to the mix.
