 Hello, can some body tell me where is settings for this behavior in place mode: components are attracted to each other when they are nearby.

    Sounds like you might be using an older version. This is a feature of the DFA tools and is now disabled without a DFA enabled license level. In Setup>User Preferences, locate Placement, then DFA, set the dfa_pause_level to 0 to disable the pause, this will be required with a DFA enabled product license since the default value is 1 and there will be a slight pause as parts meet.
