Voids areas on plane that won't go away

In the attcahed picture I have some void areas in the gnd plane that I can not get rid of. I have tried turning all colors on to see if there was somthing hiding there, but nothing shows up. Screen redraws and closing / re-opening board file have no effect.

What are these mysterious areas and how do I get rid of them?

Answering my own question. Found put that these shapes are "voids" and going to Shape - Manaul Void/Cavity - Delete allows me to select and delete each one.

This was an area where we changed the connector type. I suppose these voids were left overs from something. I surely didn't put them in...........

Hopefully this is the last problem for the day............

You may have had some isolated (unassigned) copper shapes with the previous connector type and used Shape>Delete Islands to get rid of them. Shape>Delete Islands draws manual voids for the isolated shapes to remove them.

Once again OM, you are right on target. I didn't think of that. The previous part had 2mm lead spacing and there were islands between the pins that I deleted.  This must have been left over artifacts from that island removal.

I have to say though, you'd think the software would take care of them. For that matter, you'd think it wouldn't leave islands in the first place.

    Have a great weekend!

     You can also try this:

     close all layers

open only "boundary" for that layer

    then delete the shape

    then update your plane

then those voids would be gone for sure,
