The best place to run this from is within OrCAD Capture / CIS, Select the DSN file in the Project Manager window and Tools>Back Annotate, PCB Editor tab, specify the directory that contains the netlist files and tbe BRD file name, check that the current board file has been saved to disk so that teh correct data for the BRD file is used, choose the Update Schematic option to get the schematic properties updated.
