How to convert *.bxl file into allegro 16.3 dra file

Dear all,

In TI website, the footprints are uploaded in *.bxl format, i downloaded ultra lib application s/w from TI and bxl file also.

Whlie doing export, it gives error like " No blank_brd file" like that, even output directory has .dra and .pad file.

Please help me out to fix this problem, and convert bxl to dra.
