Hi all! Please tell me how to enable snap to pin, snap to wire? 

Otherwise, there are situations: 

 I would like to see it like this (highlighted in the connection, as in Visio):

    On the pull-down menus - Options->Preferences->Grid Display:

    Lower left area; Select "Pointer Snaps To Grid", and for both connectivity elements and drawing elements select Coarse.
