Every Pin on the right hand connector has a DRC marker, could that be something to do with not generating a netlist? Which netlist format are you trying to generate? Zip the DSN file and attach it to the Post.

From the data format, you are using version 16.2, or earlier, and trying to generate an EDIF netlist from the "Other" tab. The EDIF netlist has some formatting requirements, hence the "Illegal names" messages - but the netlister will handle that by removing the issues in the output data. The primary problem is that you have an invalid Reference for the Header part, valid references start with a letter, conventionally to indicate the part type, end with a sequence number and do not contain spaces. You have J2 for the second connector, J1 might well be an appropriate reference for the other.
