Show Global Pins in Schematic Symbol / Snap to Grid

In Part Developer under the PCB Librarian XL license, I'd like to create a schematic symbol (for TI ADS1299) with a a few logical pins (AVDD as an example) connected to multiple physical pins.  I also want that logical pin to show on the schematic.

Making the logical pin global hides it from the schematic symbol view.  When manually adding that pin to the schematic symbol in Part Developer, I receive an error saying the Symbol and Package do not match.  Running Interface Comparison shows me that the global pins are causing the mismatch.

Is there a  way to make global pins show in the schematic symbol, either in part developer or in Allegro Design Entry HDL?

Additionally, with my grid set to the following:
  • Decimal
  • Show Logic Grid Checked
  • Size: 0.010
  • Multiple: 5

When drawing wires or placing parts, they do not automatically snap to the grid.  Is there a way to turn that on?  Screenshot attached.
