Cross Section Impedance Calculator

Hello all - I'm wondering if anyone out there has had a lot of experience using the built-in Impedance Calculator in Layout?  We recently received a quite detailed stackup and impedance chart from a Contract Manufacturer (CM) that will be fabricating our boards for us.  When I used the numbers provided from the CM in the Layout Impedance Calculator and attempted to duplicate the results from the CM I consistently obtained results 3 - 5 ohms higher regardless of whether I was calculating Single ended impedance, 90 ohm differential, or 100 ohm differential.  I could understand being off by an ohm or less but these results seem a little higher than I would have expected.  I've included a screen shot of both the CM Impedance Chart and the Calculator results. (Separate postings)  Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
